Jessica Bachkurinskiy, Anime Club president announced that Anime Club is scheduling an end of the year party on May 24. It is a Cosplay party, meaning it is a half costume half role-playing party.
Club president Rita Winters said the party, along with any other Anime Club meeting, is open to anyone who would like to come. There is an optional $5 fee for food and snacks.
All Anime meetings take place every other Monday in the media center.
Bachkurinskiy said the end of the year party has a theme. “It’s a Cosplay party so dress up in anime costumes. Don’t dress in American cartoon costumes for the party.”
Bachkurinsky said she would like someone to bring in strobe lights, so Anime Club would be able to dim lights during the party. She also said that members could bring in food if they wanted but it was not mandatory. By James Benedict <[email protected]>
