Ambassadors prepare for first competition on March 5

Now that the Ambassadors have finished their ‘Holiday Spectacular’ annual show, they are beginning to work on material meant for their competitions. Their first competition will take place March 5 at Homestead High School, with the exact time pending.

According to Jessamyn Anderson, Ambassadors co-president and senior, the entry fee has not been set for interested viewers for this competition. However, she said that normally the entry fee for other show choir competitions is $15 for the whole day.

Lamonte Kuskye, Ambassadors sponsor and performing arts teacher, said that the Ambassadors are continuing with their Wednesday evening rehearsals, lasting from 6 to 9 p.m.

“I hope that a lot of people will get the chance to see (the competitions) this year because it’s truly a work of art,” Anderson said. “I know I’m speaking for the whole group when I say we’re so excited for competition.” By Cassie Dugan <[email protected]>
