German Club executive board members will meet on Jan. 10 during SRT to discuss future events.
Michaela Bunting, club president and senior, said she schedules the executive board meetings with Laura King, club sponsor and German teacher, every month.
According to King, the board members will discuss several activites at the meeting.
“We will be deciding on our January event as well as be talking about the upcoming German State Competition at Ball State University on Saturday, Feb. 25,” King said via e-mail.
Ball State University conducts the “Staatskongress” or the German State Competition that King referred to, every year. The registration deadline for the 2012 Indiana Association of Students of German (IASG) Staatskongress is Feb. 14. German Club members have attended IASG Staatskongress in the past are are expected to attend again this year.
