TechHOUNDS, this school’s robotics team, hosted a Late Nighter from 3:30-10:30 PM on Nov. 14. The purpose of the event
was to strengthen relations among team members. TechHOUNDS sponsor and teacher Zachary Bonewit said it was a great experience for new members and new leaders alike. According to TechHOUNDS member and junior Kalen Rudd, the TechHOUNDS team is continuing to train new members at its weekly meetings.
The Late Nighter was a time for team-building and fun. The team played games and made marble rollercoasters in groups. Bonewit said, “Everyone had a good time and new members got to talk to more people than they usually do.”
TechHOUNDS build season officially begins in January. Rudd said, “During our weekly meetings, the team is training for build season by splitting up into divisions and finishing individual projects.”
