The Computer Building Club’s next meeting will be on Nov. 2 in Room F104. The club will be receiving and new set of computers to work on. Members will continue to meet every Monday to repurpose computers, receiving new ones sporadically. President and senior Pelle Wrammefors and Nick Shelton, vice president and sophomore, are working on hosting a Q&A session after school in November along with the weekly meetings. Sponsor Margaret Winans said she will continue to delegate club responsibilities to the students.

“As for the coming weeks, we will finish training our three groups, software, hardware, and problem solving, so that we can improve the pace at which we are finishing repurposing. Our goal for this year is 600 computers, 100 more than last year,” Wrammefors said.

Computer Building Club will continue to work on the computers that they received from NetLiterary the week of Oct. 19. Wrammefors and Shelton are also working  to configure budgets and coding systems to make every process within the club run smoother.

“New members are always welcome, although they have to be willing to help as we do not want people to just come in and hang around and get volunteer hours for it,” Wrammefors said.
