The Pinnacle yearbook staff will begin working on the staff’s second deadline, which is set for Nov. 28. According to Nora Uber, Pinnacle editor-in-chief and senior, the staff will start to work on content for the people section.
“The people section is what you think of when you think of a yearbook,” Uber said. “It’s all the photos that you take when you get your student ID taken, or if you’re a senior, your senior portrait. We also have some little pieces of content over unique people in the school. We try to find people who do something creative or unique, but obviously, sometimes we just cover people who work a job or something, just to try and cover more people for the yearbook.”
Pinnacle staff adviser Claire Burke said that it’s nice to see the yearbook start to come together.
“I always say that (the) yearbook is a marathon, not a sprint. So, you know, really working on that next bunch of pages, and getting that finished is always satisfying to see,” Burke said.
Looking forward, Burke said students should look out for announcements about club photos, which will likely take place Nov. 4 to Nov. 16 during SSRT. Additionally, the deadline for senior ads will be in early December. By Emma Hu
