Hi! I’m Raiha, and I’m this year’s Audience Engagement Editor—which basically means I’ll be looking into our readers’ habits and how to further appeal to our audience! I’ve been in HiLite for three years and loved (almost) every second of it! Previously, I’ve been Student Section Editor and reporter. I have always been very passionate about telling stories—especially the ones that are not often heard—and giving a voice to the voiceless. If you’ve stumbled your way onto my page, you can view some of my stories to the right. Aside from HiLite, I have an internship at Current in Carmel, work for a Canadian-based non-profit called The Abolish Foundation, work as a tutor, am president of Mental Health Awareness Club, and spend the rest of time exploring local coffee shops and bookstores!
