Kids Against Hunger puts meetings, packaging events on hold

The Kids Against Hunger Club will not have any meetings or participate in any packaging events in the near future.

According to sponsor Maggie Cassidy who has just returned from maternity leave, “We most likely won’t have any more meetings or packaging events for a while, at least until we get organized.”

Alicia Martin, vice president and senior, said she and the president have been more focused on school than the club recently.

Martin said, “Worrying about this club made my grades slip, so I’m more focused on that.”

The club will start meeting again when the sponsor and club officers are organized and prepared for events.
