Do Something Club bake sale for Thirst Relief International Feb. 13 to 17

According to James Ziegler, sponsor of the Do Something Club, club members will sell baked goods from Feb. 13 to Feb. 17 in the main cafeteria during lunch.

Co-president and junior Hunter Leonard said the baked goods will be about a dollar each, and all the money will go to charity.

“Whatever money we make from the bake sale will go to Thirst Relief International,” Ziegler said. “They drill fresh water wells in places like in Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia.”

After the bake sale, Ziegler said they will work with students from Zionsville High School to make bracelets for charity.

“The bracelets will be sold by the Zionsville students, and all the money will go to a charity of their choice,” Ziegler said.
