Do Something Club to make fleece blankets to donate Nov. 18

Sponsor James Ziegler said that the Do Something Club will make fleece blankets to donate to the homeless on Nov. 18. He said that the blankets will be sent to the Julian Center Shelter in Indianapolis. Viviane Linos, a founder of the Do Something Club and senior, said that she wants the club to “make somewhere over 30 blankets” for the event.

In addition to meeting on Nov. 18 to make fleece blankets, Ziegler said that the club will also decide whether the club wants to have a holiday party for the children at the Dayspring Center, a homeless shelter in Indianapolis, on Dec. 5 or Dec. 12. Linos said that the club is going to organize games and activities for the party. By John Du <[email protected]>
