FCCLA members to participate in State conference March 1 to 3

FCCLA members will participate in the State conference coming up on March 1 to 3.

“There will be 12 students from the club going to the State leadership conference, competing in categories such as recycling, redesign, and focus on the basics,” sponsor Nancy Spencer said. “…We have a culinary team that is competing in a culinary event as well, so right now the club is focused mainly on getting everything prepared and ready for the competition.”

The students will compete against other students in like categories and be judged on their performances.

Club members have not yet planned for activities after the conference.
