Sometime in November, Best Buddies is planning to have a dance.  The dance will include members from the club here and also a few other high schools who are involved with Best Buddies. This event will allow buddy pairs to bond with each and it will also allow them to meet other people involved with the program.

 “I think it will be cool to get together with other Best Buddies chapters,” treasurer and sophomore Lara Schneider said.

This year has been going well for Best Buddies.  They had their matching meeting and a meeting on Oct. 5.  At their most recent meeting, they painted posters to support the volleyball team.

“This year is going very well this far.  We have really good leadership with Molly McKneight as the president so it’s going really well. It’s very organized,” Risa May, sponsor of Best Buddies and Life Skills teacher, said. By Lyuda Kusel  <[email protected]>
