Senior Kevin Russo wipes off the oil from his bowling ball after throwing it. Russo said, “Wiping off the ball after every time you throw it is essential to consistency when bowling. If you do not wipe the ball, there could be residual oil, which can affect how the ball reacts when it goes down the lane. I always clean my balls in order to have a consistent reaction and always get a strike.”

Do Something Club to meet soon

Viviane Linos, founder of Do Something Club and junior, said the club may or may not have an event during May, depending on weather conditions.

Also, she said she has not yet been to a formal meeting with Darlene Pham,other founder of the Do Something Club and junior, and club sponsor Tracy Hadden to formalize a plan for May.

However, Linos said she thinks they will meet soon to discuss future plans for the Do Something Club. She said she wants to have a final, fun outing for the Do Something Club before the end of the school year. By John Du <[email protected]>
