The next chapter meeting for Best Buddies will occur in the Main Cafeteria on Jan. 10 during SRT.

According to Alexia Ohnemus, club president and senior, the purpose of the chapter meetings is to allow club members to interact with their assigned buddies.

“These matches are called ‘Buddy Pairs,’ and (club members are) required to keep a monthly commitment of keeping weekly contact and hanging outside of school at least twice a month as well as attending chapter events,” Ohnemus said via e-mail.

Co-sponsor Jana Cosler said students run the meetings and interviews held during the school year.
